HypeCity Cypher Sessions Special Edition: Team USA vs. Team Canada

HypeCity, along with Jay Pross (@arthistory101) of Art History 101, hosted the 6th installment of the Cypher Sessions Hip-Hop cypher series, this time a special edition in collaboration with Harmed Forces Cyphers of Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It’s Team USA vs. Team Canada in an historic showdown between two Hip-Hop powerhouses.

Team USA's cypher took place at the legendary Art History 101 store in Philadelphia, PA and featured Philly’s Mad Squablz (@madsquablz) with DS Quattro (@DS_BAU) and PT Starks (@PTStarks) of BAU Ent, in addition to New Jersey’s Eli Seeney (@EliSeeney) and Fel Sweetenberg (@sweetenbergthehorrible). Philadelphia’s own legendary DJ NoPhrillz (@DJNoPhrillz) manned the boards and handled scratching duties, supplying each emcee with the musical fuel for their lyrical fire.

Every artist brought their A-game and set the bar high for the Canadian team, who sent out Calgary's finest - Alexandros Vee (@alexandrosvee), Danny Epic (@danny_epic), Travis Omen (@truability.ca), and Sjam (@sjam403) - to take on Team USA.

It was a battle of bars for the ages, and only one can be the winner.
